Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd is seeking an Assistant Centre Director for Busy Bees at Chinchilla. This full-time role supports the Centre Director with daily operations, mentors educators, and maintains a safe, engaging learning environment for children.

You will contribute to curriculum planning, ensure NQF compliance, and be prepared to step into Centre Director duties when needed. A Diploma in ECEC is required, with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher) is required.
• Commitment to child safety and aligned with Busy Bees values.
• Leadership experience or strong desire to grow into a leadership role in ECEC.

Responsibilities

We’re seeking a Assistant Centre Director to join our team at Busy Bees at Chinchilla on a full-time basis. You will play a key role supporting the Centre Director with daily operations, mentoring educators and fostering a safe, engaging, and high-quality learning environment for children and families.

What you’ll do

• Support the Centre Director in the day-to-day leadership and operations of the service.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire educators to deliver high-quality education and care.

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).
• Current Working with Children Check for QLD.
• Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Protection legislation.
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a leadership role within the ECEC industry.
