Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking an Assistant Centre Director in Coorparoo, Brisbane. You will work alongside the Centre Director and mentor educators to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences in a hands-on leadership role.

You’ll coach rooms, strengthen teaching practice, and build relationships with families while supporting NQF compliance and curriculum planning. A Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care is required, with a commitment to child safety.

• Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow within ECEC.
• Hands-on coaching and mentoring skills to support educators.
• Sound knowledge of child safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Director with daily operations and leadership.
• Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring and support to educators across the rooms.
• Work alongside teams to strengthen practice and build educator confidence.
• Mentor and inspire educators to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the community.
