Job Description

Join our resort team as Assistant Breakfast Manager and help deliver exceptional morning dining experiences.

  • Support the Breakfast Manager in the daily operation of the buffet breakfast and Bar Capri à la carte service
  • Ensure seamless set-up, service, and close-down procedures across both venues
  • Maintain high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and guest flow management
  • Coordinate with kitchen teams for timely and consistent dish delivery
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering, waste control, and inventory checks
  • Lead by example in providing warm, attentive, and personalised service
  • Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Oversee guest seating strategies to maximise comfort and efficiency
  • Ensure all dietary requirements and special requests are met with care
  • Supervise, motivate, and support breakfast team members
  • Assist in onboarding and training new staff on service standards and procedures
  • Foster a positive, teamwork-focused environment
  • Lead team briefings and daily task allocation
