Key Responsibilities
  • Asset Management System: Maintain and continuously improve the Asset Management System, policies, objectives, risk-based strategies, lifecycle plans, and performance monitoring frameworks.
  • Maintenance Strategy: Establish and optimise maintenance strategies (preventative maintenance, condition monitoring, critical spares) using RCM/FMEA and defect elimination methodologies. Govern system master data and work management processes.
  • Documentation & Standards: Develop, maintain, and control asset documentation, including engineering standards, operational manuals, and technical specifications.
  • Management of Change: Coordinate technical reviews and risk assessments to maintain compliance and technical integrity through change control processes.
  • Project & Engineering Interface: Work closely with engineering and operational stakeholders to provide technical advice and deliver on business priorities—covering feasibility, design, execution, commissioning, and handover—with strong PMO discipline.
  • Performance & Reliability: Deliver maintenance and capital programs that maximise asset safety, reliability, and availability.
  • Budget Management: Oversee asset budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and long‑term value delivery.
About You

You are a strategic, technically proficient, and results‑driven asset management professional with the capability to manage complex asset portfolios. You bring a blend of technical insight, leadership, and commercial awareness to continuously improve asset performance and reliability.

Skills and Experience
  • Engineering or Mechanical Trade qualifications (or related disciplines).
  • 15 years’ experience with a proven record in asset / fleet management including engineering & maintenance leadership, capital management and optimization, preferably in the mining services industry with exposure to manufacturing and reload facilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of asset & maintenance management systems including risk management and strategic alignment to business objectives.
  • Working knowledge of legislation linked to dangerous goods, heavy vehicles, WHS and related standards to ensure statutory compliance.
Why Join Us?
  • Lead strategic asset initiatives across diverse and complex operations.
  • Influence business outcomes through improved reliability and asset performance.
