Job summary

The Department of Education Victoria's VCAA invites applications for a leadership role within the Assessment Division. You will lead and manage a high-performing team delivering F-10, VCE examinations, GAT and NAPLAN services and oversee complex data reporting.

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will drive strategic planning, ensure delivery within deadlines, and provide expert guidance to senior leadership while maintaining alignment with VPS values and governance

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in education or public sector.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
• Experience with data reporting and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee significant budget, resourcing and people management responsibilities.
• Provide authoritative analysis and advice to support evidence-based decisions.
