Job summary

Workforce International is seeking experienced Production Assembly Workers to join a leading commercial hot water manufacturing company based in Revesby, Sydney NSW. The role involves production and component assembly, electrical wiring, pipe fitting and operating production machinery.

Starting hourly rate is $33.679, progressing to $39.261 after 1–2 months, with overtime from $49.03 per hour. Ongoing Monday–Friday work with on‑the‑job training and potential permanent employment.

Workforce International is seeking experienced Production Assembly Workers to join a leading commercial hot water manufacturing company based in Revesby.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in manufacturing, assembly, electrical wiring, metal fabrication, pipe fitting, machine operation or similar hands-on production environments.

Pay Rates

• Starting rate: $33.679 per hour
• After approximately 1-2 months, once required skills and competencies are met: $39.261 per hour ordinary time
• Overtime after completing 38 hours per week: $49.03 per hour
• Plenty of overtime available

The Role

Duties may include:

• Production and component assembly
• Electrical wiring and basic electrical assembly
• Pipe bending and fitting
• Cutting and preparing metal components
• Metal fabrication
• Operating production machinery
• Using hand and power tools
• Installing foam insulation
• Installing compressor components
• Assembling commercial hot water systems and other manufactured products
• Reading basic drawings, measurements and work instructions
• Quality checking completed products
• Manual handling and general factory duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

What We Are Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, assembly or machine operating experience
• Electrical assembly or wiring experience highly regarded
• Experience with pipe bending, metal cutting or fabrication advantageous
• Confident using hand and power tools
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Reliable transport and strong attendance
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Available Monday to Friday
• Available for overtime when required
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Important Location Information

The factory is currently located in Revesby and is expected to relocate to Rydalmere in late 2027.

Applicants must be comfortable working from Revesby initially and transitioning to Rydalmere once the site relocates.
