RecruitShop is seeking a motivated individual to join our client's team in Shepparton on a structured career pathway to become a qualified Financial Adviser. No prior experience required, just a genuine interest in helping people achieve their financial goals and a willingness to learn.

The role focuses on assisting senior advisers, researching financial solutions, preparing documentation, and supporting client meetings and compliance training.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in financial advice and helping clients achieve goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (desirable).

Responsabilités

• Assist advisers with preparing financial advice and client strategies.
• Research superannuation, investment, insurance and retirement planning solutions.
• Prepare client meeting documentation and follow-up correspondence.
• Attend client meetings and take meeting notes.
• Liaise with clients, product providers and external stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of financial advice recommendations.
• Learn compliance and regulatory requirements.
