You will learn practical culinary skills, follow recipes, maintain a clean kitchen, and work with the wider team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Currently undertaking or willing to commence a Commercial Cookery Apprenticeship.
• Passion for food, hospitality, and building a long-term culinary career.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and continually develop your skills and knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Reliable transport to and from the property.

Aufgaben

• Learn and develop practical culinary skills under the guidance of experienced Chefs and kitchen leaders.
• Assist with the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes across a variety of dining experiences, including restaurant service, functions, weddings, and special events.
• Follow recipes, kitchen procedures, and presentation standards to consistently deliver high-quality food.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment in line with food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
• Contribute to a supportive and professional team culture while building the skills required to become a qualified Chef.
