Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking an experienced Asphalt Truck Driver to operate Prime mover with semi trailer or rigid 8/10 wheel tipper from our Narangba plant, north of Brisbane. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday with possible night-shift rotation, including Sunday-Thursday night work.

Safety, independence and teamwork are essential. Applicants must hold a current HR/HC licence and be willing to undergo pre-employment drug/alcohol and medical checks.

Qualifications

• Hold a current HR/HC Licence
• Strong commitment to safety
• Previous experience in operating the above vehicles
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
• Time management skills
• Experience and/or tickets for loader is advantageous
• Willing to undergo pre-employment drug/alcohol & medical

Responsibilities

• Deliver asphalt product from Narangba plant in a Prime mover with semi trailer or a rigid 8/10 wheel tipper
• Operate vehicle safely and efficiently
• Maintain punctuality and meet delivery schedules
• Work as part of a team to support plant operations

Job description

Asphalt Truck Driver Alex Fraser Asphalt Narangba is seeking an experienced HR and HC Drivers, based out of our Asphalt Plant in Narangba, north of Brisbane CBD. You will be delivering asphalt product from our Narangba plant in either a Prime mover with semi trailer or Rigid 8/10 Wheel tipper.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday with potential Night shift rotation aswell. Sunday - Thursday Night.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• Hold a current HR/HC Licence
• Have a strong commitment to safety
• Previous experience in operating the above vehicles
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
• Time management skills
• Experience and/or tickets for loader is advantageous
• Willing to undergo pre-employment drug/alcohol & medical
