Endeavour Energy is seeking an experienced ASP Construction Lead to oversee the safe construction and commissioning of network assets in Springhill. Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and mentor Construction Coordinators to ensure efficient delivery of network connection services.
  • Manage ASP construction and commissioning activities, including inspections, testing, commissioning and safety audits.
  • Provide technical leadership to support process improvements and operational excellence.
  • Lead safety investigations related to ASP works and issue non-conformances as needed.
  • Coordinate access to the high and low voltage networks for ASPs and schedule activities.
  • Coordinate Endeavour Energy resources to support project delivery and excellent customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues relating to customer connections and project delivery.
  • Work with internal teams to minimise outage cancellations and expedite priority outages.
  • Prepare and present progress reports on construction delivery activities.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage customer, developer and ASP enquiries and escalations.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery outcomes that enhance customer experience and business performance.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ASP Construction Leads to join our Customer Network Solutions team based in Springhill.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the safe construction and commissioning of network assets, ensuring the effective delivery of Accredited Service Provider (ASP) construction and commissioning services across Endeavour Energy's network.

Leading a team of Construction Coordinators, you will provide technical expertise, mentoring and operational leadership to ensure network connection services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with customer expectations. You will play a key role in fostering a strong safety culture, driving continuous improvement initiatives and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead, coach and mentor Construction Coordinators to ensure the efficient delivery of network connection services.
  • Manage ASP construction and commissioning activities, including inspections, testing, commissioning and safety audits.
  • Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise to support process improvement, business transformation initiatives and operational excellence.
  • Lead safety investigations relating to ASP works and issue non-conformances where required to address poor performance, safety concerns or defects.
  • Coordinate and manage access to the high voltage network through System Control scheduling and facilitate access to the low voltage network for ASPs as required.
  • Coordinate Endeavour Energy resources to support contestable project delivery and achieve the best customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues relating to customer connections and project delivery.
  • Work closely with internal teams to minimise outage cancellations and expedite priority outages.
  • Prepare and present progress reports on construction delivery activities.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safe work practices and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Manage customer, developer and ASP enquiries and escalations relating to contestable project delivery.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery outcomes that enhance customer experience, engagement and business performance.
About You

You are a safety-focused leader with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering outstanding customer and business outcomes. You enjoy mentoring others, solving complex challenges and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Licences
  • Electrical Trade Certificate with significant industry experience.

Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role within the energy, electrical, utilities or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction, commissioning and network connection processes.
  • Proven ability to deliver positive safety outcomes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate resources and adapt to changing business requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and resolve complex technical and operational challenges.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers, contractors and colleagues.
  • Experience leading teams and fostering a positive, high-performing culture.
