The Senior Consultant, Site Leadership operates as part of the Executive and Projects team within the Workforce Management directorate and is responsible for providing strategic operational advice relating to site leadership and tenure management. This role serves as the subject matter expert for complex site leadership matters and plays a critical role in ensuring quality leadership across our sites through supporting talent management processes and stakeholder engagement. The position provides advisory support and coaching to HR Business Partners on complex site leadership matters, while encompassing responsibility for all operational aspects of principal tenure, classification and contract renewals.
Essential: Nil
Desirable: A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience. Accreditation in MCED Work Value Methodology.
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

ASO7 $116,089 – 125,490 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading.
