A public sector agency in South Australia is looking for an ICT Systems Trainer to support the implementation of EC Connect for the Office for Early Childhood Development. The role involves developing training plans, designing training sessions, and ensuring stakeholders are prepared for the new digital solution. The ideal candidate should have extensive agile IT project experience and strong communication skills. This position offers opportunities for professional development and flexible working arrangements.
Open to Everyone.
The Office for Early Childhood Development has been formed with a clear mandate to create a fairer and better future for all children in South Australia by implementing the accepted recommendations of the Royal Commission into Early Childhood Education and Care.
As the steward of the early childhood development system, the Office will act on government's behalf, and work in collaboration with the sector, to organise and connect the system to reduce developmental vulnerability.
This includes providing universal access to quality, teacher-led preschool from the age of 3, growing and sustaining a quality early childhood workforce, and greater supports and connected services for families in the 1000 days of a child’s life.
The ICT Systems Trainer is responsible for supporting the Digital Programs team to deliver the new digital solution known as EC Connect for the Office for Early Childhood Development (OECD). Working with the Stakeholder and Communications Lead, this role will develop practical training frameworks and user-friendly documentation to support EC Connect’s implementation across multiple teams and user groups.
You will bring extensive (4+ years desirable) agile IT project experience including planning, preparing and delivering an ICT training approach across a range of stakeholders, supported by effective communication skills and the ability to build and sustain strong working relationships within a complex project environment.
