Ashurst Advance Digital (AAD) is the firm's technology and experience powerhouse, working with our New Law business to develop differentiated services for our clients, whilst embedding digital as a competency for the whole firm through developing and enabling future-fit tools, capabilities and mindsets.
DX is the community within AAD responsible for providing digital experience expertise and methodologies on digital strategic initiatives, legal service transformation capability to support practice and function innovation and digital change management and engagement to support the adoption and embedding of digital change initiatives. The DX team works closely with colleagues across the firm globally.
Recent work has included envisioning the future digital workplace at Ashurst, designing and implementing numerous AI Trials for large swathes of the organisation, designing and delivering the global rollout of a third party generative AI solution, developing the firm's AI strategy and designing client facing digital products.
The team is now seeking an Interim Change Manager for a 4 month, part time role.
The role involves responsibility for the implementation of Ashurst Advance's AI strategy across three key services: Due Diligence, Commercial Contracting and Document Review. Tasks will include understanding the impact of changes, then designing and deploying the relevant mitigation activities such as communication, engagement, training and measuring the success of these activities.
This role will work closely with our People & Culture team to analyse how these changes will impact our peoples' roles and ways of working.
This is a part time role. The requirement for the role is 4 days a week, from 2pm-7pm (Sydney time) to allow collaboration with colleagues in the UK.
This role will be managed through Ashurst Reach, the firm's dedicated flexible legal resourcing platform which provides the firm's clients and Practice Groups within the firm with access to a high-quality talent pool of lawyers and other professionals.
