Responsibilities

• Management, Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys.
• Undertaking re-inspections surveys upon completion of work.
• Undertaking bulk sampling of suspected ACMs.
• Delivering accurate survey reports in line with the client’s requirements.

Skills

BOHS P402 proficiency module

Hands on experience delivering asbestos surveys

Good working knowledge of UKAS guidelines and HSG 264

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience producing survey reports on handheld PDAs
