• Management, Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys.
• Undertaking re-inspections surveys upon completion of work.
• Undertaking bulk sampling of suspected ACMs.
• Delivering accurate survey reports in line with the client’s requirements.

BOHS P402 proficiency module

Hands on experience delivering asbestos surveys

Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a national asbestos consultancy, who provide UKAS accredited asbestos management services throughout the UK. The client is currently seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to work on a portfolio of commercial and domestic sites. Applicants must hold a minimum of the P402 qualification and hands on experience delivering asbestos surveys. In return the client can offer an above average basic salary, alongside competitive travel time and overtime rates.

Successful candidates will be covering the South Midlands / Home Counties area and good locations would include; Northampton, Coventry, Leicester, Market Harborough, Corby, Kettering, Wellingborough, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Cambridge, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Luton, Stevenage, Aylesbury, Bicester, Brackley, Oxford.

Experience

• BOHS P402 proficiency module.
• Hands on experience delivering asbestos surveys.

Role

Working across a mixed portfolio of domestic and commercial sites candidates will be undertaking a range of asbestos management duties including;

• Management, Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys.
• Undertaking re-inspections surveys upon completion of work.
• Undertaking bulk sampling of suspected ACMs.
• Delivering accurate survey reports in line with the client’s requirements.
