Job description

Due to a rapidly expanding workload this successful asbestos and environmental company is now hoping to recruit an experienced and reliable Asbestos Surveyor in and around the Brighton area. Undertaking daily duties such as carrying out asbestos Management and Refurbishment/Demolition surveys and producing asbestos reports. Consideration will be given to applications from Shoreham-by-the-Sea, Burgess Hill, Lewes, Steyning and surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience

• Holding the P402 certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification is essential.
• Experience working in this role within the asbestos industry.
• A good working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
• Competent in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Role

• Carrying out asbestos Management and Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of properties including commercial and industrial.
• Producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
• Building and maintaining a strong working relationship with clients.
