Job Title: Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Salary/Benefits: £25k – £42k DOE with Training & Benefits

This privately owned business is pursuing a loyal Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant who can launch into action in the South East and East Anglia regions. Candidates will be traveling to client sites to do surveys and collect samples, then write up reports and provide technical advice to clients. Our client is looking for someone based around: Chelmsford, Colchester, Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, Thetford, Peterborough, Luton, Bedford, Watford, Croydon, Southend-on-Sea, Clacton-on-Sea, Southwold, Beccles, Attleborough.

Experience / Qualifications

• Qualified with BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent
• Favourable to have further qualifications such as BOHS P403
• Beneficial to have strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate technical asbestos knowledge, HSG 264, Health & Safety and UKAS guidelines
• Able to use IT software and literate
• Resolute and dedicated

The Role

• Travel to client sites undertaking management, refurbishment and demolition surveys
• Arrange to meet with clients to discuss findings
• Collect and safely store ACM samples
• Uphold industry guidelines and be professional
• Write up reports with site schematics
• Achieve set targets
