About The Role

In this role, you’ll shape customer experiences, influence outcomes, and help deliver best-in-class insurance services.

As ART Partnership Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering strong, strategic relationships between ART as Trustee, ART Life as its internal Insurer, and the broader Australian Retirement Trust business. You’ll lead engagement activities that ensure clarity and strategic alignment across the partnership, operating as a trusted advisor and connector. This role ensures stakeholders are informed, engaged, and equipped to support business objectives and drive collaboration.

This role is a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity.

Day To Day, You'll
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers across ART.
  • Drive collaborative partnerships that promote service excellence, shared ownership, and accountability.
  • Lead servicing for internal and external partners, ensuring needs are understood and addressed.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless outcomes and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements in insurance services, operational efficiency, and business performance.
  • Coordinate engagement forums, feedback channels, and prepare high-quality reports, Board and Committee papers, insights, and communications for senior leaders, governance forums, and regulatory requirements.

  • You have tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, or a related field, plus industry experience in superannuation and insurance products.
  • You have excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex relationships.
  • You are proactive, anticipating stakeholder needs and meeting them where they are.
  • You have a solid understanding of contracts, legislation, regulatory requirements, and complex policies, with strong negotiation and influencing ability.
  • You have demonstrated experience leading teams through change, balancing competing priorities, and driving service delivery.
  • You can prepare and deliver data-driven reports, insights, and high-quality submissions for senior leaders and governance forums.
