As a Lead Artist, you will define the art style of the game and be responsible for the team management to deliver a stunning visual experience of the game.

Responsibilities

• Lead art team in developing and delivering high-quality game visual assets.
• Defining the overall art style for the game (including UI, concept, etc.) and providing clear guidelines for the whole team.
• Defining and establishing art standards while ensuring all creative materials are consistent.
• Maintaining efficient collaboration and effective information flow between team members.
• Scheduling the work with product and developing teams and ensuring it is executed timely and to the standards.
• Guiding, mentoring, and developing the team.

Requirements

• BA in Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Arts, Animation, or other related fields.
• 10+ years' experience as a game artist.
• Successful experience in social casino games (such as bingo, poker, solitaire, slots, etc.). A plus.
• Capable of various styles.
• Familiar with the whole workflow of game art.
• Project management skills, being able to deliver high-quality content on time.
• Leadership and excellent communication skills, encouraging and inspiring others to generate new ideas.
