Job summary

Bonfire Labs is a creative studio delivering strategy, brand platforms, integrated campaigns and more. We seek a designer with a love for big ideas, strong craft, and the ability to guide concepts through production across digital, video, print and social.

You will collaborate with a large team, maintain strong attention to detail, and help shape visual styles for diverse brands while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing a variety of visual styles across mediums.
• Some experience designing for motion.
• Attention to detail and craft.
• Experience setting an art direction style across projects.
• Strategic conceptual thinker.
• Ability to collaborate with a large team (Producers, Creative Leads, Artists).
• Ability to balance multiple projects, communicate roadblocks, and seek help when needed.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; must have authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Producers, Creative Leads and Artists to produce inventive and relevant work.
• Maintain and execute art direction across multiple projects.
• Contribute to strategic concepting and design across mediums.
