Job summary

Airservices Australia is seeking a Line Leader to guide an operational team delivering safe, efficient and resilient Aviation Rescue Fire Fighting Services at Hamilton Island.

You will influence performance, safety outcomes and team culture within a critical environment, collaborating with safety, risk, finance, people and change functions to drive continuous improvement and build capability across the ARFF network.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience within operational, emergency services, aviation or safety-critical environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience leading teams through change and continuous improvement.
• Capability in safety, risk and operational performance management.
• Must have Diploma or comparable qualification and ability to obtain required diploma and medical clearance.
