The successful candidate will manage rosters, budgets and compliance, with a focus on safety, education and healthcare sectors. A company car and technology tools are provided; some weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge in cleaning and facility services.
• Experience supervising multiple site operations.
• Experience in commercial and education environments.
• Blue Card and Police Check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership across sites.
• Conduct site visits as scheduled.
• Prepare inspection reports and manage associated activity.
• Deliver staff training and inductions.
• Ensure OH&S and compliance systems are followed.
• Manage periodical cleaning activities across sites.
• Set and monitor rosters and budgets across sites.
