• Experience as a Centre Director or multi-site leader.
• Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, QKLG, A&R processes.
• Current Blue Card, First Aid/CPR, and full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Ensure centres meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Lead Quality Improvement Plans and best-practice implementation.
• Build positive team culture and staff retention strategies.
• Oversee operational processes across centres.
