As industry leaders, we not only inspire our members to be the best they can be – we’re equally committed to helping our team members grow, thrive, and achieve their own professional goals.

About the Role

As an Area Manager for the Marchegiano Group, you will oversee the performance, operations, and strategic development of multiple clubs within your assigned region. You will work closely with and report directly to the business owner.

Your focus will be on achieving business targets, developing high‑performing teams, maintaining brand standards, and enhancing the overall member experience across all clubs.

Facilitate regular team meetings and training sessions.

Recruit, onboard, and mentor staff to drive retention and performance.

Member Experience & Community Engagement

Address and resolve escalated member concerns professionally and promptly.

Support local club initiatives to foster member retention and satisfaction.

Champion community engagement by driving club events and partnerships.

Sales, Revenue & Business Growth

Drive membership sales and revenue growth across all clubs through effective strategy and campaign execution.

Analyse financial and performance data; implement data‑informed improvements.

Collaborate with the senior leadership team, including the Marketing Manager, Fitness Director, Senior Club Managers and Business Owner.

Marketing & Campaign Management

Oversee the implementation of national and local marketing campaigns across all clubs.

Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback on effectiveness.

Contribute to the development of marketing materials and club‑level strategy.

Lead the pre‑sale and successful launch of new clubs.
