Job summary

Domain, in collaboration with CoStar Group, is seeking an Architectural Photographer to create high-quality interior and exterior media of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. You’ll produce photos and videos, handle Matterport 3D captures and drone footage where possible, edit deliverables promptly, and communicate clearly with clients on shoots.

Ideal candidates have real estate photography experience, a strong portfolio including drone work, a CASA RePL license or willingness

Qualifications

• Experience as a professional real estate photographer or similar role.
• Portfolio showing real estate and lifestyle photography, including interiors and exteriors; drone work is highly regarded.
• A School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• 2+ years of real estate photography and videography experience, or recent photography-focused qualification.
• Strong understanding of manual camera settings, composition and lighting.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
• Current CASA Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) or willingness to obtain within six weeks.

Responsibilities

• Use architectural photography to produce interior and exterior media of residential, office, and commercial properties.
• Create engaging videos showcasing features and insights for stakeholders.
• Capture Matterport 3D tours of properties.
• Produce exterior media for suburbs, parks and schools.
• Edit photography and video in a timely fashion for final delivery.
• Communicate professionally with clients during shoots and scheduling.
• Stay updated on new techniques and technology in photography.
• Participate in team meetings to address business challenges and opportunities.
