Job summary

The RMA Prahran Studio invites an experienced Architectural Documenter to join our team. You will translate design intent into highly resolved documentation for residential projects, working with Rob Mills and senior architects.

You will develop project documentation in Revit, coordinate with consultants, and contribute to detailing, quality control, and mentorship within the studio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' relevant architectural experience.
• Strong experience documenting high-quality residential projects.
• Advanced Revit proficiency and integration into project workflows.
• Solid understanding of NCC and Australian Standards.
• Clear, collaborative communication within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce highly resolved residential architectural documentation.
• Develop and coordinate project documentation in Revit.

Our Prahran studio is seeking an experienced Architectural Documenter who combines strong technical capability with creativity, architectural judgement and a genuine interest in exceptional residential design.

The Opportunity

This is a documentation-led architectural role for someone who wants to do more than simply produce drawings.

You will work alongside Rob Mills and our experienced architects to translate design intent into highly resolved, coordinated and buildable architecture, while contributing your own judgement to detailing, proportion and design resolution.

The Role

• Documentation: Produce highly resolved residential architectural documentation.
• Revit: Develop and coordinate project documentation in Revit.
• Design Resolution: Translate design intent into refined and buildable outcomes.
• Detailing: Resolve architectural details with accuracy and design consideration.
• Coordination: Integrate architectural and consultant information.
• Design Contribution: Identify opportunities to improve resolution and design quality.
• Quality: Review documentation for accuracy, consistency and design intent.
• Mentorship: Support junior staff in documentation, detailing and RMA standards.

Your Profile
