What You’ll Do:
  • Project Coordination: Lead the coordination of in-house architectural shop drawings with our overseas modelling team, managing the process from start to finish on assigned projects.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical expertise to project teams as required.
  • Standard Development: Support the development of Kapitol’s Standard Details.
  • Quality Assurance: Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with design standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with trade partners delivering LOD 400 models.
  • Revit Expertise: Open and check models for accuracy, ensuring precision in all deliverables.
Who You Are:
  • Experienced Professional: Architect or senior Revit technician with 10–15 years of experience and a portfolio of large, complex projects.
  • Multi-Project Manager: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes with the ability to identify design issues early.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Revit, ACC/BIM360, and other advanced tools.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Exceptional soft skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-Oriented Problem-Solver: Keen attention to detail and proactive in resolving design challenges.
