• Undertake site analysis, operational research, building programming, and design investigations.
• Prepare and participate in design presentations, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Support project delivery through a solution-focused and collaborative approach.
• Contribute creative thinking across architecture, spatial design, environmental design, and master planning.
• Take ownership of allocated project packages and coordinate deliverables with support from senior team members.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Manage assigned tasks and deliverables to meet project timelines and quality expectations.
• Participate in office initiatives, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Maintain awareness of project standards, quality systems, and workplace safety requirements.

• Experience using BIM and Revit for architectural documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong technical documentation capability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Approximately 5-8 years' professional experience (or equivalent) working within an architectural practice.

Preferred

• Experience within a design-led architectural practice.
• Experience working on complex or large-scale projects.
