Job summary

Lucas Tree Services is growing and looking for skilled Arborists and EWP Operators to join our Keilor depot, delivering high‑quality vegetation management services across major council contracts.

Based out of Keilor depot, you’ll work with a professional crew using a modern fleet, supported by experienced team leaders, and with clear pathways for career progression into climbing, EWP, team leading or assessor roles.

Qualifications

• Arborist certification or working toward it
• Experience with EWP is highly regarded
• Chainsaw, chipper and general arboriculture experience preferred
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and progress within the role

Responsibilities

• Based at Keilor depot, perform arboriculture tasks for council contracts
• Electrical line clearance and cyclical street tree pruning
• Hazard tree removals and storm/emergency response
• Maintain high-quality arboriculture aligned with AS4373
• Vegetation management for local councils
• Work with a modern fleet and supportive leadership

About the Role

Based out of our Keilor depot, you’ll work as part of a professional crew delivering:

• Electrical line clearance
• Cyclical street tree pruning
• Hazard tree removals

• High‑quality arboriculture aligned with AS4373
• Vegetation management for local councils

You’ll be supported by experienced team leaders, modern equipment, and a company committed to doing things properly.

What We’re Looking For
