Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking an Aquatic Operations Manager to lead our Auburn Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre team in NSW. You will oversee daily operations, drive safety, health and water quality, and manage staff including lifeguards and duty managers, delivering exceptional guest experiences.

With at least five years in aquatics and operations leadership, you will develop programs, supervise compliance, and partner with the Centre Manager to optimise engagement and participation across shifts,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in aquatics and operations leadership.
• Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2) and CPR.
• Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
• Technical Operations qualification and Pool Lifeguard qualification.
• Proven experience leading lifeguards and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all centre operations and lifeguard supervision.
• Develop and implement safety, compliance and maintenance plans.
• Lead the aquatics team and liaise with stakeholders to improve guest experience.
• Manage budgets and prepare required reports.
