Job summary

Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs – Canberra ACT is seeking energetic Aqua Instructors to deliver our Group Fitness timetable seven days a week, from early morning to evening. The role includes regular and cover classes to keep our members active and engaged.

We welcome applicants with Aqua qualifications; current WWC and CPR certifications are essential, and strong communication helps create a welcoming, high-energy class atmosphere for members of all fitness levels.

Qualifications

• Registered Fitness Leader status preferred.
• Current WWC check and CPR certification required.
• Aqua qualification and experience preferred.
• Strong communication and member engagement skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Group Fitness Aqua classes across a 7-day timetable from 6:00am to 8:30pm.
• Exceed member expectations through high-energy, engaging, and safe class delivery.
• Support timetable participation through both regular and cover classes.
• Create a motivating, inclusive, and fun environment for members of all fitness levels.
• Build strong relationships with members and contribute positively to club culture.
• Maintain presentation, professionalism, and class standards.
