Job summary

AAT Tiling Group is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable apprentice to learn and become a fully qualified Wall and Floor Tiler. Training will be provided with no prior experience required, as you’ll work alongside professional tilers on multiple projects in the Brisbane area.

Successful candidates will be employed full-time, paid awarded wages, and will complete a Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling during the apprenticeship, gaining hands-on experience throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Be a team player, self-motivated and proactive.
• Be punctual, reliable and have a great attitude towards work.
• Able to follow instructions and willing to learn.
• Be fit and stay fit (it's physically demanding work).
• Well presented, naturally neat and tidy.
• Have an attention to detail.
• Must have a driver’s licence and a reliable car.
• Must have White Card or be willing to obtain one prior to starting.
• Be willing to work Monday to Friday with some Saturdays if required.
• Be willing to travel to other cities with co-workers to attend projects outside Great Brisbane area.

Responsibilities

• Learn the full scope of wall and floor tiling under supervision.
• Complete a Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling during apprenticeship.
• Work on ongoing projects as part of a supportive tiling team.

Experience not necessary as all training will be provided.
