Responsibilities

• Coach and support Apprentices and Trainees throughout their employment.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor wellbeing and ensure WHS compliance.
• Coordinate on and off the job training as per requirements.
• Manage client accounts and generate aligned business opportunities.
