Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and hands‑on Apprentice Service Centre Technician to join our team in Balcatta.

This is a full‑time apprenticeship where you’ll learn how to calibrate, repair, and diagnose electronic equipment — while working alongside experienced technicians who will support your development.

As part of this apprenticeship, you will complete a Certificate III in Electronics and Communications , giving you a nationally recognised qualification and a strong foundation for a long‑term technical career.

What You’ll Learn

During your apprenticeship, you will develop skills in :

  • Bench repairs and fault‑finding on electronic equipment
  • Pre‑hire and pre‑sales testing and system configuration
  • Calibration, diagnostics, and basic software uploads solution configuration
  • Safe use and care of tools, test equipment, and workshop assets
  • Understanding electronic components, wiring, and soldering techniques
  • Working with emerging technologies across surveying, construction, and geospatial industries

You’ll also participate in ongoing training and development as new equipment, tools, and procedures are introduced.
