Brisbane Abrasive Blasting is seeking a reliable, motivated person to join as an Apprentice Industrial Spray Painter. No previous spray-painting experience is required, with full on-site training and support to obtain a Certificate III in Surface Preparation and Coating Application.

You will work on diverse industrial projects, maintain training records, and progress through quarterly assessments while developing practical, transferable coating skills.

Qualifications

• No prior spray-painting experience required.
• We provide training and support to complete Certificate III in Surface Preparation and Coating Application.
• Progress is reviewed by a third-party training provider quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Train as an Apprentice Industrial Spray Painter and complete the Certificate III.
• Maintain required training records and paperwork.
• Progress and competency are reviewed quarterly by an external training provider.
• Take responsibility for keeping paperwork up to date and advancing toward qualification.
• Work in a physically demanding, fast-paced industrial environment.
