Swansea Hotel is a modern family friendly hotel offering a diverse menu with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. You will learn in a busy kitchen under skilled chefs, earning while you learn and gaining a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
Apprentices receive on-the-job training, uniforms and continual support from an Employment Consultant, with weekly wages and a structured progression through the program.
Qualifications
- Eligible to complete an Apprenticeship (Australian/NZ Citizens or Australian Permanent Residents).
- Passionate about food, eager to learn, and a great communicator.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced kitchen with a team.
