Job summary

OJ Kitchens in Brisbane's northside is seeking a motivated Cabinet Maker Apprentice to join our well-established team serving the high-end domestic joinery market.

You will read construction/shop drawings, manufacture and assemble premium joinery, maintain a spotless workspace, and perform under pressure to meet deadlines while progressing toward trade qualification for a continuing role.

Initiative and reliability are essential as KPI incentives apply on probation.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification and white card required.
• Initiative and enthusiasm are highly desired.
• Ability to follow direction.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Commitment to a 4 year apprenticeship term with a continuing role available upon trade qualification.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction/shop drawings
• Manufacturing/assembly of high end joinery
• Maintain an excellent presentation of self, tools & work area
