Job summary

Strath Hill Butcher is seeking an Apprentice Butcher to join our team in a hands-on apprenticeship. You will learn traditional methods from experienced butchers and gain skills in breaking down beef, lamb and pork from carcass.

We are a family-owned, award-winning shop that values quality, craftsmanship and community. This role offers hands-on training and a supportive team environment while you build a career in the industry.
