Qualifications

• Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
• Current or reinstatable AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance; NV2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot incidents and provide technical fixes.
• Develop program enhancements based on requirements.
• Ensure unit tests for all code changes.
• Complete peer reviews before migration.
• Identify recurrent incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain documentation for programs and procedures.
• Meet SLAs and exceed customer expectations.
