Job summary

WattleCore Technologies Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior/Lead Appian Developer to design, build and deliver enterprise Appian applications end-to-end in Sydney. You will mentor teams, drive technical standards and work with product owners to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include developing process models, SAIL interfaces, records, data types, and driving deployments with robust release management across environments.

Qualifications

• Appian Senior/Lead Developer certification or equivalent.
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Strong stakeholder communication and engagement.
• Experience delivering in Agile (Scrum/SAFe) environments with Jira/Confluence.
