Qualifications

• 4-8 years of client-facing experience in analysis, design, development, and deployment of Appian-based applications.
• Experience with Appian connectors and web services.
• Experience leading development teams and coaching junior staff.
• Solid understanding of automation and low-code trends.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, and deployment of Appian-based applications for clients.
• Oversee development teams and mentor junior staff.
• Demonstrate solutions and run POC/workshops with customers.
• Prepare estimates aligned with customer budgets and guidelines.
• Participate in pre-sales, scoping, and client presentations.
• Manage project documentation and tooling for global reuse.
• Collaborate with Appian Customer Success Managers and maintain relationships.
