Job summary

Vine Apparel, a fast-growing women's fashion brand based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, is seeking a Product Development Manager to join the Buying team. You will shepherd apparel products from concept and samples through production, translating design intent into precise technical specifications and coordinating with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and manufacturability.

Based at our Cromer head office, you will lead sample management, fit sessions, and critical path workstreams to deliver

Qualifications

• Strong garment construction knowledge and understanding of manufacture.
• Advanced knowledge of fit, grading, measurement specs, and size standards.
• Experience creating and managing tech packs, specs, and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Develop apparel products from concept to production.
• Translate design intent into accurate tech specs and specsheets.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manage samples, and track fit and quality.
