Job summary

CareCone Group is seeking an experienced Software Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise APIs and microservices for large-scale integration and telecommunications platforms. You will work with TypeScript and Node.js to develop backend services, while coordinating API integrations across enterprise systems and external partners.

This role emphasizes API security, governance, and automation, with Kubernetes-based deployment and robust CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on with API management platforms (Google Apigee desirable).
• Proficient in MongoDB and database design.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT and API security.
• Experience with CI/CD, automation, testing, and DevOps practices.
• Telecommunications or network systems experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with 4G/5G, Mobile Core, OSS/BSS is a plus.
• Familiar with DevSecOps and container security.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise APIs and microservices
• Build backend services using TypeScript and Node.js
• Develop and manage API integrations with enterprise applications and external systems
• Implement API security and governance best practices
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Work with Kubernetes-based environments for application deployment and support
• Create technical documentation, API specifications, and operational runbooks
• Troubleshoot production issues and support application lifecycle management
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
