Jacobs is seeking a Region Security Manager for APAC to provide leadership across security, resilience, crisis response, intelligence and business continuity, protecting people, operations and assets across a diverse region.

You will work with leaders across the business, partnering with a global security network to drive continuous improvement and innovation while balancing flexible work arrangements and travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security programs to protect people, operations and assets.
• Strong collaboration with external agencies and government bodies.
• Ability to monitor threats, geopolitical developments and risk trends.
• Proven crisis, emergency management and business continuity skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted security advisor across the APAC region.
• Lead security programs to protect people, operations and assets.
• Monitor emerging threats and risk trends impacting the business.
• Support emergency response, crisis management and business continuity activities.
• Partner with business leaders to strengthen security awareness and capability.
• Build relationships with external agencies and law enforcement where appropriate.
• Contribute to investigations relating to security incidents and policy matters.
