Job summary

VERACIO is seeking an Operations Coordinator APAC to drive cross-region coordination, resource planning and field support. You will lead operational activities, manage workforce deployment and ensure safety and policy compliance across APAC.

The role requires proactive leadership, strong communication and the ability to work with diverse teams while coordinating between stakeholders and field personnel. Occasional travel within the APAC region is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities across the APAC region.
• Plan, schedule and allocate operational resources to meet business needs.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and execution.
• Monitor records, reporting requirements and performance metrics.
• Drive process improvements and ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Provide leadership to technical and operational personnel and manage workforce planning.
• Ensure facilities and field operations are resourced to meet requirements.
• Assess requirements and respond, including on-site engagement when needed.
• Support resolution of operational issues with stakeholders and field teams.
