Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Grid Connection Manager in Australia to lead the technical grid-connection process for large-scale data centre developments from feasibility to energisation. You will own technical interfaces with AEMO, VicGrid, TNSPs and DNSPs, and manage studies and models to ensure practical, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
8+ years’ experience in power systems, electricity networks or large industrial loads.
Experience with grid-connection processes (AEMO/VicGrid/TNSP/DNSP) preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical grid connection process for large-scale data centre developments from feasibility through energisation.
Manage technical engagement with AEMO, VicGrid, TNSPs and DNSPs, including submissions and approvals.
Define and manage the study programme: load-flow, fault-level, dynamic, EMT, harmonic and power-quality studies.
Coordinate external consultants and OEM resources, ensuring scope and timetables are aligned.
Translate connection requirements into upstream HV infrastructure designs and acceptable models.
