Job summary

Eftsure is seeking a Product Marketing & Content Producer to own APAC customer advocacy and storytelling, translating real customer experiences into compelling content that builds trust and drives demand.

You will work with Sales, Product, Growth Marketing and Partnerships to bring our value proposition to life, interview CFOs, create case studies, videos, campaigns and sales collateral across web and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product marketing or related fields
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills
• Experience creating case studies and customer advocacy content
• Ability to produce visual assets, presentations and short-form video
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to support commercial objectives
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Own APAC customer advocacy programme and identify success stories
• Interview customers to uncover challenges and outcomes
• Create case studies, testimonials and customer stories
• Produce written, visual and video content for web, social, email, campaigns
• Develop sales enablement materials and product collateral
• Collaborate with external partners when required
• Support product launches with engaging content
• Translate product capabilities into clear messaging
• Maintain website and sales materials aligned with brand
• Work with Growth Marketing on demand generation initiatives
