Job summary

LexisNexis is seeking a commercially minded strategist to lead the growth strategy for the Large-Law & Mid-Law Segment across ANZ, combining customer insight, market intelligence and go-to-market planning to accelerate adoption of Lexis+ AI and Protege.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will influence product, sales, marketing and customer success to shape positioning, messaging and investment priorities in a rapidly evolving AI-powered legal market.

We're looking for a commercially minded strategist to lead the growth strategy for our Large-Law & Mid-Law Segment, helping drive adoption of our next generation legal technology solutions, including Lexis+ AI and Protege, our personalised AI assistant designed specifically for legal professionals.

This is a newly created role where you'll combine customer insight, market intelligence and commercial strategy to influence how one of the world's leading legal technology companies wins in the market. You'll identify growth opportunities, shape go-to-market strategy, and align teams across product, sales, marketing and customer success to accelerate adoption of AI-powered legal solutions.

About The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll own the medium to long-term strategy for the Large-Law & Mid-Law Segment across ANZ. You'll use customer, competitor and market insights to identify where LexisNexis can differentiate and grow, then translate those opportunities into executable go-to-market plans.

Working across a matrixed organisation, you'll influence stakeholders throughout the business to ensure we are delivering the right products, positioning, messaging and customer experience to maximise growth.

You'll Bring

• Experience in technology, SaaS, information services or other complex B2B environments

Experience within legal technology, legal services, professional services or AI-focused organisations will be highly regarded but is not essential.
