Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH in Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Payroll Associate Analyst to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across ANZ. You will deliver insightful payroll reporting, support management with analytics, and address employee payroll queries with a customer-focused approach.

The role requires 5+ years in payroll within a large multinational, strong end-to-end payroll knowledge, proficiency in Affinity and Kronos, advanced Excel, and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience in a large, complex multinational environment.
• End-to-end payroll expertise, including EBAs interpretation.
• Proficiency in payroll systems, preferably Affinity and Kronos.
• Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities with high accuracy.
• Excellent communication, customer service and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time while complying with schedules and regulations.
• Act as SME for Kronos and Affinity, supporting queries, testing and improvements.
• Maintain payroll records, leave entitlements and policy compliance.
• Deliver timely reporting and payroll support for HR, Finance and management.
• Provide excellent employee support, resolving payroll queries promptly.
