Job summary

CyberCX, part of Accenture, is building an Australia and New Zealand focused cyber intelligence capability. The Managing Analyst will lead a fast-growing team delivering assessments and finished intelligence products for diverse stakeholders.

You will spearhead continuous improvement of methodologies, drive customer outcomes and employee experience, and help CyberCX Intelligence become the leading provider in the region.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in an analytical role (intelligence, military, geopolitical risk, think tank or similar).
• Deep knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand cyber threat landscape.
• Mastery of intelligence assessment methods, processes and products, with ability to coach others.
• Experience leading large, diverse teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in high-tempo environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction, growth and sustainability of CyberCX Intelligence in support of the Director – Cyber Intelligence.
• Maintain expertise in the ANZ cyber threat landscape and act as an intelligence expert for diverse customers.
• Build and improve team intelligence methodologies to drive quality, productivity and customer success.
• Be custodian of Cyber Intelligence judgments and finished assessments, setting priorities and assuring quality.
• Innovate and uplift intelligence services and lead design and delivery of complex intelligence products.
• Manage, coach and develop a team of Lead Analysts to Associate Analysts.
